Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
The retention periods we follow are:

Account Information (name, email, phone number): Retained for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide you services. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
Order & Transaction Data: Retained for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, in compliance with applicable Indian tax and accounting laws.
Payment Information: We do not store full payment details. Any partial payment data is retained only as long as required by our payment gateway partners and applicable law.
Browsing & Cookie Data: Retained for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of collection.
Communication Records (emails, support queries): Retained for 2 years for service improvement and dispute resolution purposes.
Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.

Deletion of Data:
Once the retention period expires, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you. You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance before your data is scheduled for erasure, unless you have instructed us otherwise.
Your Rights:

We may retain certain data beyond the above periods where required by law, court order, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
