Cancellation Policy

At Mr. Chasmawala, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read our cancellation policy before placing an order.
Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped yet. To cancel, contact us with your order details via email or phone. Once confirmed, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:
Customised or prescription eyewear with specific lens power, orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery, and orders placed under special sale or promotional offers (unless the product is defective).
Cancellation by Mr. Chasmawala
We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if incorrect pricing was listed, if payment could not be verified, if the delivery location is non-serviceable, or if a fraudulent transaction is suspected. You will be notified immediately and refunded within 5–7 business days.

How to Request a Cancellation
Contact us with your Order ID, registered name, phone number, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds on Cancellation
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment source within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable as no amount was charged.
